Samina Sial

Samina is an experienced Human Resources Generalist and qualified CHRL (Certified Human Resources Leader) through the CCHRA. Her passion for strong HR project leadership that positively influences organizations in the short and long terms is the driving force behind HR Enable Inc.

Samina’s 10+ years of experience working in the pharmaceutical industry gave her the solid foundation she needed to launch a formal career in Human Resources. To date, she’s worked in many multi-disciplinary industries in addition to pharmaceutical companies such as Johnson & Johnson, Pharmacia and Searle.   Other industries include distribution, healthcare, and manufacturing with an emphasis placed on health & safety, WSIB claims, recruiting and implementing programs, policies and initiatives in companies such as Technicolor and Matrix Logistics, and Robert Half International. Samina offers expertise in all aspects of Human Resources Management.

Samina has extensively worked with with a number of Family Health Teams, Dentists and Physiotherapists and conducted training, implemented policies and best practices in PHIPA (Personal Healthcare Information Protection Act) and Prevention of Workplace Violence for the healthcare industry.

Samina holds the Human Resources Management Diploma from Sheridan and served as a Director on the Executive Committee of the HRPAH (Human Resources Professional Association of Halton). She is currently pursuing her paralegal licence to compliment her CHRP designation.

Samina is also currently involved in a number of activities with community groups that include career coaching for HR Students, volunteering with the Life Sciences Group in the pharmaceutical industry and regularly volunteers on the crisis line for SAVIS (Sexual Assault & Violence Intervention Services).
